Although thread may fall all over the Southern continent, Solace riders always rise to fight it when it begins to fall within their borders. Many a good rider has been claimed by the alien menace, and they will not be the only ones. Nevertheless, riders and Weyrfolk alike do what they must to keep their lands safe.
