Hello, friend, and welcome to Solace Weyr, the dead-as-shit Dragonriders of Pern site which was recently liberated from invisible-thread hell. Nobody roleplays here any more, but this place is still pretty great. Feel free to stay a while and admire its quiet beauty.
A'zira, to be honest, didn't really want to be anywhere in particular. He wanted to be somewhere where no-one would find him, and also somewhere quiet. And somewhere as close to underground as he could get. Thus, this was the perfect place. He had always liked the Lower Caverns - they were just about as far away from the sky as you could get in Solace, and so he loved it there. But he loved the relative cold down here, and the quiet. It felt like a system of tunnels without the threat of collapse.
And so the blonde man walked, awkward without the company of his dragon, through the Lower Caverns, enjoying the cool temperatures and darkness that it brought with it. He really should have brought a lamp or some sort of light with him, he reflected.
Oh well.
There was no turning back now.
Not in A'zira's mind, at least.
And, in any case, he was happy down there. He needed time away from Ibath sometimes, so that she could go and fly somewhere - she needed to, being a dragon: she hated to be cooped up down on the ground for any reason, but she accented A'zira's fearof heights, which he was glad of.
